Emergency Teddy Bear is ready for his closeup.
Today’s free pattern was originally made as a baby shower gift.
He’s called the Emergency Teddy Bear because I found out on a Wednesday evening about a surprise baby shower three days later on Saturday. I bought the yarn on Thursday morning and finished the bear at about midnight on Friday.
He was made in Lion Brand Yarn’s Homespun bulky weight yarn, color Rococo, using US 5 (3.75mm) needles. His bow is Offray’s “farm animals pattern” ribbon. He is approximately 7 inches (17.5 cm) from seat to head.
I’d love to see photos if you use the pattern to make your own Emergency Teddy Bear. You can email them to me at Patricia@dancingtriceratops.com
